Founder
Michelle Malebranche, founder of MRM Real Estate, entered the real estate industry because she experienced firsthand a real estate agent that seemed to be more concerned about a commission than helping the client. Being a firm believer in lifting spirits and spreading love and kindness Michelle knew she could be a strong advocate for her clients. Michelle Malebranche believes in constantly educating herself, that is why she takes multiple classes every year related to real estate to keep up to date with the industry. Michelle Malebranche graduated Salisbury University with a Psychology degree, then worked as a bar tender learning customer service, a teacher learning how to inspire, and a coach learning to motivate and have patience. Before real estate, Michelle Malebranche worked for 16 years in DC Government as a welfare employee and investigator learning policies, procedures, research, contract understanding, empathy and a deep knowledge of past and present DC. Michelle Malebranche has a mission to help determine what clients need to live the lifestyle they want and to help them work towards their future dreams. Michelle Malebranche wants to help clients build for their future by connecting them to businesses and resources that can make their dreams a reality. Michelle Malebranche doesn’t just want to be a Real Estate agent she wants to be an advocate, teacher, coach, confidant, and friend. In her free time Michelle Malebranche is a world traveler. She tries to go regularly to new locations around the world. Spending time in Washington DC together with her friends and family, as well as her fur-babies, are never something Michelle Malebranche takes for granted. Michelle Malebranche is grateful every day for her community she has built filled with amazing people who actively try to lift each other up and push each other to be better.
